Who you are dealing with
We run Lavora Harbor out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh and our catalogue is garden beds, tools & outdoor lighting, sold across India.
Our catalogue is bought from suppliers and sold as our own. We make nothing ourselves and represent no manufacturer.
Orders
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.
If we turn down a paid order, the whole amount comes back.
Product information
We describe items from what suppliers tell us and from the product in front of us . Photography is of the real product; screen colour varies and measurements are approximate unless we say otherwise. A materially inaccurate listing is grounds for a return under our return policy.
About the goods we sell
Garden beds, tools and outdoor lighting are supplied for domestic use. Galvanised and painted metal weathers outdoors, and timber moves with humidity; both are normal for goods left in the open.
Pricing
Every price is in Indian Rupees; delivery appears as its own line at checkout . Prices can change, though never once your order is confirmed. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we contact you before proceeding.
Site use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts it for other people
- Guard your account credentials, since anything ordered through the account counts as yours
- Please do not lift our images or written listings for your own selling
Limits of liability
What we owe you is the goods as described, plus the remedies our shipping, return and cancellation policies set out . Indirect or consequential loss is excluded as far as Indian law permits, and no right that cannot be limited is affected.
Except where the law provides otherwise, goods are supplied without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those the manufacturer offers.
Which law applies
Indian law governs this agreement, in particular the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 Disputes fall to the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
