How we buy
Goods arrive from suppliers, are inspected, photographed, and only then go on the site — nothing is drop-shipped from a marketplace, so if it is on the site it has been through our hands.

If there is a problem
we need 1–2 business days to check and pack — then delivery itself takes 3–9 business days across most of India.
Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.
Returns run for 10 days from delivery, refunds within 7 business days . We do not offer a direct exchange, and we would rather you knew that now.
