How do I pay?

Two options: UPI, or cash to the courier on delivery. Nothing else is offered.

Will a raised bed rust outdoors?

Galvanised steel weathers rather than rusts through, and the surface will dull over a season or two. That change in appearance is expected and is not treated as a fault.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Tell us inside 48 hours and attach the unboxing footage. We cover the replacement or refund and the return leg.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

There is no shopfront. We sell online only, and the published address handles post rather than customers.

What does shipping cost?

Free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.

When do I get my refund?

7 business days from the return arriving and checking out. A cancelled prepaid order reverses in 5 to 7 working days.

Is GST included?

We are below the GST registration threshold, so there is no GST on your order and no GST invoice. You get an ordinary sale invoice.

Are these branded products?

We sell under our own name, Lavora Harbor. We are not an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, and we do not describe our stock as branded merchandise.

When will it arrive?

1–2 business days here, 3–9 more with the courier. The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST.

Do you do exchanges?

No — we do not offer a direct exchange. A refund plus a fresh order is the route.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Across India, bar a handful of pin codes our couriers will not serve; those orders are refunded. There is no international shipping.
