Before dispatch — free

Cancellation is free right up to the moment the courier collects . Our dispatch run closes at 3:00 PM IST, which is the deadline that matters.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 9326266932. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

Once the courier has it

A collected parcel cannot be pulled back — refuse the delivery, or accept it and raise a return instead; the 10 days window still applies.

Reversal timing

Where UPI payment was taken and the order is cancelled before dispatch, reversal takes 5 to 7 working days . That matches the Reserve Bank of India’s reversal window.

A cancelled cash-on-delivery order was never paid for, so no refund arises . No cancellation fee is levied either.

Cancellations from our side

Now and then the cancellation is ours — stock that turns out damaged, a pin code our couriers will not reach, or details we cannot verify. We explain why and refund in full.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
