What you pay for delivery

delivery costs nothing once an order reaches ₹999 and beneath the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 per order.

No fee is added for Cash on Delivery.

Timings

orders are made ready within 1–2 business days — after which delivery itself takes 3–9 business days across most of India.

Anything confirmed by 3:00 PM IST leaves the same working day.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees . Public holidays and weather move them, and we keep you posted when they do.

Which addresses we serve

We deliver within India only, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

A few pin codes are beyond the network we use . Where that affects your order we get in touch and refund it rather than stall.

Tracking

When a parcel arrives wrong

We ask every customer to record the unboxing. Where an item is damaged, incorrect or short, send that video within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our expense.

Where an address is wrong or the courier cannot find anyone home, the parcel comes back here . A second attempt costs the flat delivery charge again, once you give us a working address.
