We collect only what an order needs, and this notice says what that is, together with your rights over it.

What is collected

• Past orders, retained so a later return or question can be dealt with
• Contact and delivery details: name, address, email, phone
• The routine data any web server records: IP address, device, pages opened

We hold no card or banking credentials — UPI payments happen inside your own banking app and Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier, so those details never pass through this website.

Why we need it

So we can dispatch, reply, process returns, and satisfy Indian tax and consumer record rules — we build no advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Third parties

Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier carrying the parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run this site, and none may use the data for their own purposes. We disclose to a public authority only where the law requires it.

Larger garden items ship on a pallet or in several parcels, so the courier may call ahead on the number you provide.

Retention

Sales paperwork is held for the length of time tax and consumer law prescribes . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.

Cookies and the basket

Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics — you can block them in your browser, though the basket and checkout will not work if you do.

There is no newsletter and no marketing list here . Order updates are the whole of it.

Your rights

Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
